Anthropomorphism in the Quran:-

Muhammadan Islam - in th Quran - depicts Allah in terms similar to those that afflict mortal humans: anger, love, hate, irritation, strength, sight, hearing, wisdom, wrathfulness, benevolence, compassion, forgiveness and revenge; He has likes and dislikes.

How could the Almighty - if Allah is God - be susceptible to human frailties and characteristics. All these attributes are based on human weaknesses.

How could Allah exhibit the same characteristica as His creation?

Why would Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate, condemn many of His totally innocent slaves to perdition and Hell through no fault of their own for not believing in Him when it was He who pre ordained that they should not believe in Him?

The following are only a SMALL sample of hundreds more depicting ALLAH .
in HUMAN terms -

3: 54         And (then unbelievers) plotted and planned and Allah too planned and the best of planners is Allah

*** Allah is reduced to the level of an EVIL, SCHEMING and IGNORANT divine being who needs to plot and plan against his own PREDESTINED creation.

This depiction is utterly BLASPHEMOUS ***

4: 56         Those who reject Our Signs We shall soon cast into the fire: as often as their skins are roasted through We shall change them for fresh skins that they may taste the penalty: for Allah is Exalted in Power Wise.

57         But those who believe and do deeds of righteousness We shall soon admit to gardens with rivers flowing beneath their eternal home: therein shall they have companions pure and holy: We shall admit them to shades cool and ever deepening.

*** Allah, the 'Almighty', shows incredible anger, insatiable cruelty and total lack of justice for 'He' consigns many of his PREORDAINED creatures to eternal roasting  because they do not believe in 'Him' - through no fault of their own - since it was 'He' who pre-destined them to err in the first place.

None the less, they are made to suffer horrible torturing.

These charcteristics can only be attributed to humans and it is total blasphemy to show Allah in these derogatory means ***

6: 52         Send not away those who call on their Lord morning and evening seeking His Face.  Naught have they to gain from thee and naught hast thou to gain from them that thou shouldst turn them away and thus be (one) of the unjust.

8: 30        Remember how the unbelievers plotted against thee to keep thee in bonds or slay thee or get thee out (of thy home).  They plot and plan and Allah too plans but the best of planners is Allah.

*** Once more is Allah depicted as a very sly and excellent schemer; a very human characteristic ***

59: 2        It is He who got out the Unbelievers among the People of the Book from their homes at the first gathering (of the forces).  Little did ye think that they would get out: and they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! but the (wrath of) Allah came to them from quarters from which they little expected (it) and cast terror into their hearts so that they destroyed their dwellings by their own hands and the hands of the Believers.  Take warning then O ye with eyes (to see)!

3        And had it not been that Allah has decreed banishment for them He would certainly have punished them in this world: and in the Hereafter they shall (certainly) have the Punishment of the Fire.

4        That is because they resisted Allah and His Apostle: and if anyone resists Allah verily Allah is severe in Punishment.

*** These verses refer to Muhammad's banishment of the Nadhir tribe of Madina who were Judaised Arabians.

Although they were the original monotheists in Arabia, the upstart Muhammad and his followers created enough trumpted up pretexts to disfranchise them and to plunder their homes and agricutural lands.

To add insult to injury, the Quran pretends that Allah - Who after all chose His People Israel Himself - is depicted as taking pride and pleasure in their plight and predicament that He made possible through His agent
Muhammad ***

68: 44 Then leave to Me alone those who reject this Message; We shall lure them on (and) they will not know whence. 45 And I shall give them rein: My guile is sure"

111:  1         Perish the hands of the Father of Flame! Perish he!

2        No profit to him from all his wealth and all his gains!

3        Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of blazing Flame

4        His wife shall carry the (crackling) wood as fuel!

5        A twisted rope of palm-leaf fibre round her (own) neck!

*** Allah, the Almighty, takes such incredible offense at Abu Lahab's insults to Muhammad that He consigns both he and his - innocent - wife to eternal torture in Hell.

The ever so concerned Creator of the Universe was always alert to defend and support His slave Muhammad by all means possible; invariably with the most opportune and most appropriate 'revelations'.

In the whole of the Bible, the Almighty was never intimately concerned with the personal needs and mores of His many prophets and messengers, from Adam, Abraham and Moses to Isaiah.

It is only in the Quran that an incredibly INTIMATE and PERSONAL relationship is portrayed between Allah and Muhammad ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 4.626        Narrated byAbu Huraira
Once while a Jew was selling something, he was offered a price that he was not pleased with. So, he said, "No, by Him Who gave Moses superiority over all human beings!" Hearing him, an Ansari man got up and slapped him on the face and said, "You say: By Him Who Gave Moses superiority over all human beings although the Prophet (Muhammad) is present amongst us!" The Jew went to the Prophet and said, "O Abu-l-Qasim! I am under the assurance and contract of security, so what right does so-and-so have to slap me?" The Prophet asked the other, "Why have you slapped". He told him the whole story. The Prophet became angry, till anger appeared on his face, and said, "Don't give superiority to any prophet amongst Allah's Prophets, for when the trumpet will be blown, everyone on the earth and in the heavens will become unconscious except those whom Allah will exempt. The trumpet will be blown for the second time and I will be the first to be resurrected to see Moses holding Allah's Throne. I will not know whether the unconsciousness which Moses received on the Day of Tur has been sufficient for him, or has he got up before me. And I do not say that there is anybody who is better than Yunus bin Matta."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 5.147        Narrated byJabir
I heard the Prophet saying,

"The Throne (of Allah) shook at the death of Sad bin Muadh."

Through another group of narrators, Jabir added, "I heard the Prophet: saying,

'The Throne of the Beneficent shook beCause of the death of Sad bin Muadh.' "

Sahih Muslim HadithHadith 6035        Narrated byAnas ibn Malik
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: That his bier (that of Sa'd, was placed before them) and the Throne of the most Compassionate shook.

*** How could the creator of the UNIVERSE have a throne; and if he has one, how is it conceivable that any THINKING human being believe that it could ever SHAKE for the death of ANY mortal ? ***
